Refunds
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary at our dog salon and online store. Please read our refund policy below if you need to request a refund for any reason.
Items returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded if they are in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. Returns after 30 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the refund to initiate a refund request.
If the item you received was damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or replace it at no additional cost to you. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns. We will issue a refund to your original method of payment once we receive the item and confirm its condition.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer@houseofpawsessex.co.uk and send your item to us.
